Director of Community Care Joins Upland Hills
Health
Deanna
Wilson is the new Director of Community Care at Upland Hills
Health. As such, she is responsible for the Homecare and
Hospice programs as well as the Nursing and Rehab Center—encompassing
the departments that have the most direct daily contact with
the community.
“Upland Hills Health should be known
as the facility of choice for long-term care and rehab,” she
said, “I want to be sure people know that we
offer quality Homecare and exceptional Hospice services as well.”
She hopes
that her role, a first-time consolidation for Upland Hills
Health, will help facilitate that by improving communication
between each department, as well as giving the community
one person to contact with any questions, concerns or ideas
related to Homecare, Hospice or the NRC.
Wilson has had experience in
most aspects of nursing and management in Hospice, Homecare
and nursing home settings. She has been a staff nurse, a
nursing educator, a Homecare team supervisor, a Hospice Director,
and a Nursing Home Administrator in the past.
Deanna’s role with Upland Hills Health began August 1.
