Upland Hills Health is proud to welcome Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. James Self, M.D, to the Dean Specialty Clinic.

Dr. Self attained his medical degree and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Texas, Medical Branch, in Galveston, Texas. He continued his medical training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where he completed orthopedic fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery of the Upper and Lower Extremities.

His practice interests include problems with the elbow, joint arthroscopy and replacement, full joint replacement and a wide range of general orthopedics.
