Cardiopulmonary Nurses host Holiday Health Challenge luncheon

A motivational tradition, Upland Hills Health Cardiopulmonary Nurses hosted their annual Holiday Health Challenge on Monday February 5th. Designed to keep their patients on track, this annual event has become a socializing favorite. Participants are challenged to consume optimal amounts of water, fruits and vegetables.
