Ladd Added to Upland Hills Board of Directors
Dave Ladd has been added to the Upland Hills Health Board
of Directors roster. Ladd’s addition was approved on
January 31.
Ladd, a lifelong Dodgeville resident, is also founder and
CEO of Walnut Hollow Woodcrafts. He will bring the values
and ideas he’s gained over the last 34 years of his
business experience to the hospital’s Board of Directors.
Three of Ladd’s four children work at the family business
and Ladd feels that his employees are the most important
asset to his company—he feels that focus is true at
Upland Hills Health as well.
“I feel Upland Hills Health is very important to the
community, to Walnut Hollow and to my family,” he explained, “It’s
important to make sure it remains strong.” His own
experiences at the hospital and rehabilitation wing of the
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center left Ladd with an appreciation
of the hospital’s role in maintaining a vibrant community.
Ladd, whose own children and a grandchild were born at Upland
Hills Health, is also a retired Air National Guardsman and
serves on several state and county conservation boards.
