The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center at Upland Hills Health recently held its 5th annual Holiday Fitness Challenge Awards Luncheon. The Holiday Fitness Challenge is designed to help keep patients on track during the holidays with exercise and stress management.
13 current patients participated in the challenge this year, which was capped with the luncheon, which rewarded participants in a variety of categories. During the heart-healthy lunch, two Cardiopulmonary Rehab patients, Royce Reukauf and Patricia Storms, shared their weight loss success stories with the group.
