YOGA may seem like some way out, new age exotic
work out found only in urban health clubs, but now
this proven stress-relieving exercise regimen is
available to area residents.
Starting March 10th, Upland Hills Health will be
offering lunch hour and early evening classes. Taught
by fitness expert Paul Mross, this class promises
to improve your core strength and flexibility. Precise
body alignment and controlled movement are the key
to this workout. Breathing and holding posture s
combine to create strength and reduce stress.
The classes meet twice a week for eight weeks. You
do not need to be a wellness center member to participate.
The evening class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays
from 4 to 5 pm starting on March 10th.
The lunch class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 11 am until noon starting on March 11th.
The fee is $70 for members and $80 for non-members.
