Upland Hills Hospice receives $1000 donation
from Circle of Hope Bracelet sales
A unique and visible connection between women fighting cancer—Circle
of Hope Bracelets are responsible for the recent $1000.00
donation made to Upland Hills Hospice.
Founded by a jewelry designer, this community service organization
is dedicated to supporting cancer research, awareness and
education programs.
Locally, Chris Slaney of Dodgeville sells these unique
handcrafted bracelets. The sterling silver bead design is
flexible to fit any size wrist and features different color crystals
symbolizing different types of cancer.
Slaney explained that 30% of the proceeds go to a local organization
that works with cancer patients, in this case Upland Hills
Hospice, and 30% goes to national cancer research/education
organizations.
If you are interested in more information regarding the
Circle of Hope Bracelet collection call Chris Slaney at 935-9260
after 5 p.m.

Chris & Tom Slaney present Steve McCarthy, Assistant
Administrator for Strategic Business Operations and Interim
Community Care Director at Upland Hills Health, with
a $1000 donation made possible through the sale of Circle
of Hope Bracelets. |
