Hospice care is available to terminally ill people who are no longer seeking curative treatment and whose life expectancy is measured in months rather than years. A patient may have any illness as their terminal illness such as cancer, heart disease, COPD, renal failure, Alzheimers, stroke, and AIDS. Upland Hills Hospice serves the following counties in Southwest Wisconsin; Iowa, Grant, Lafayette, Richland, and portions of Sauk and Dane. Our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS (Military health benefits), and many private insurance companies also pay for this benefit. We also accept donations to help support Hospice. |
