Doctors Dunn & Keith join the roster of active physicians at Upland Hills Health
  In a time where medical doctor shortages are the norm, area residents will be pleased to learn that Dr. Aaron Dunn M.D. and Dr. Rachel Keith D.O. have joined the Upland Hills Health active medical staff. Both are board certified in Family Practice, practice obstetrics, and work at Family Practices Associates in Mineral Point and Dodgeville.
  Dr. Dunn completed medical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Dunn is certified in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, advanced life support in obstetrics, advanced trauma life support and neonatal resuscitation.
  Dr. Keith completed medical training at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Missouri and residency at St.Mary’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Keith is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, advanced life support in obstetrics, and neonatal resuscitation.

Advance Directive Clinic
  Upland Hills Health is offering a free clinic to anyone over age 18 who is interested in completing an advance directive. An advance directive is a written document that details how you want medical decisions to be made if you lose the ability to make decisions for yourself. Our staff of social workers will be on hand to:
 
  • provide information about the power of attorney for health care document and the declaration to physicians document and
  • offer assistance completing the document(s).
  All information discussed will be kept confidential.
