Our expanded facility accommodates patients looking
for a state-of-the art therapy services in a relaxing,
modern facility.
Today the Therapy & Wellness Center is also a
health resource for the entire community.
The latest in cardio and circuit training equipment
as well as free weights allow you to take a proactive
approach to your health. Choose from our bank of televisions
to view while working out.
Take advantage of the exciting classes offered to
members and non members: like the Senior Strength Building
Class and Yoga classes starting in March.
Massage Therapy
services are now available. Whether you are looking
for an hour of relaxation and pampering or a therapeutic
massage to help with kinks and aches…our certified
massage therapist is trained in many forms of massage.
(You do not need
to be a member to participate in classes or enjoy a
massage.)
Staffed during all hours you can work in comfort and
